EXCHANGE POLICY

  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused/unwashed, must be in the original packaging in your package of the returned item(s) and with tags attached to the product (Please be sure to not discard any packaging materials).
  • Customer is only allowed to return/exchange the product within seven (7) days after receiving the product.
  • Exchange must be accompanied by the original invoice and no cash refund is permitted. 
  • Shipping expenses is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange due to the following condition:
    • Customer selected the wrong size during order process (Please check the measurement before selecting the size).
    • Customer wants to change the design.
  • BelleZain will take full responsibility on shipping expenses for return/exchange related to the following conditions:
    • Damaged Product
    • Order is inconsistent with the actual delivered product
  • Exchanges are only available for size and/or colour of the same style. Exchanging for a different product must be equivalent or lower in value only.
  • One (1) order only limit to one (1) exchange.
  • Please note that BelleZain reserve the rights to evaluate and confirm if the items are acceptable for exchange. In the case where we found the item has been used or had any damage caused by customer’s improper handling, BelleZain will return it to customer without any replacement.
  • Returns/exchanges may take up to 10 - 15 business days, excluding shipping times. While stocks last.

REFUND / RETURN POLICY

  • To process your refund, you need to fill in the Refund Form provided by us. Please contact us at [email protected] to facilitate refund.
  • Please allow seven (7) working days for us to process your refund upon receive your Refund Form with complete personal particulars. You will receive a transfer slip from us once the refund instruction is submitted to the bank.
  • For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 15 - 20 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment centre, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund.
  • BelleZain will not accept return and refund due to following reason:
    • Parcel received more than seven (7) days
    • Clearance item
